Key Responsibilities
⢠Support the lighting department in achieving sales and operational targets.
⢠Monitor stock levels, prepare order requests, and coordinate approvals to maintain optimal inventory.
⢠Verify invoices and update relevant ERP systems to ensure accuracy in codes, pricing, and timing.
⢠Follow up on production and assembly schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
⢠Coordinate with logistics, procurement, accounting, and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution.
⢠Track client orders and provide proactive updates to the Lighting Sales Manager.
⢠Oversee the CRM system to monitor and resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
⢠Issue weekly reports on order status, fulfillment, and department performance.
⢠Support the sales team in managing client needs and ensuring smooth project delivery.
