Position Summary:
The Head of Sales will lead and expand our sales operations, manage existing client accounts, and actively develop new business opportunities. Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and factory capabilities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
