Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Coordinator to manage invoicing,
payments, inventory records, and customer communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue invoices; record and reconcile payments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform daily data entry in POS and internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data flow.
