Manage and motivate a team of membership sales representatives to achieve targets
Conduct personalized tours, sales presentations, and handle high-level member concerns
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Develop retention strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and effective CRM usage
Conduct regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
Forecast sales projections and contribute to the annual budgeting process
