Role Overview
In this key position, you will lead the development and growth of channel partnerships, including
resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances that expand market reach. The role focuses on
strengthening market presence, driving revenue through partner channels, and ensuring successful
adoption and implementation of software solutions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and
vendors, ensuring the e-signature solution is well positioned and remains a preferred offering.
⢠Strategic Alliances: Develop partnerships with government entities, professional networks,
industry associations, and relevant organizations that provide access to broad customer
segments (e.g., legal associations or public sector programs).
⢠Account Mapping: Collaborate with partners to identify potential customer opportunities and
align joint sales strategies.
⢠Sales Collaboration: Act as the primary link between enterprise sales teams and channel
partners to support coordination and opportunity capture.
⢠Partner Enablement: Deliver training, tools, and ongoing support to ensure partners can
successfully sell and implement the solution.
⢠Performance Management: Define KPIs for partners and associations, monitor performance,
and provide structured feedback.
⢠Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new partnership opportunities across
industries.
⢠Contract & Compliance Management: Lead partnership negotiations and ensure adherence to
contractual agreements.
⢠Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to
senior leadership.
⢠Event & Program Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and
industry networking events.
