Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Beirut. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide variety of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries (if required)
Organize files, records, and important documents
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
Support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks
Liaise with internal teams, clients, or external partners
Perform research and provide summaries when requested
