The Mission: Build the Growth Engine
We are not looking for a “Brand Manager” to organize events. We are looking for a Head of Growth — a data-driven leader operating at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Revenue.
Your role is to build and scale a growth engine that acquires customers efficiently and maximizes long-term value. You will own performance, challenge acquisition costs, and drive optimization across all growth channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition Engine
- Manage performance marketing agencies; audit ad structures, challenge CPAs, and enforce continuous optimization across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Own the full funnel from ad click to checkout; run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Identify and scale channels beyond paid social, including influencers, SEO, partnerships, and referrals.
2. Brand & Content Strategy
- Lead creative direction using performance data, not aesthetics.
- Guide the Creative Team to iterate on formats and messages that convert.
- Localize brand messaging for two distinct markets: Community-driven Lebanon & Expat, convenience-driven UAE
3. Retention & Lifetime Value
- Design and optimize lifecycle marketing flows (email/SMS: onboarding, engagement, win-back).
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to analyze behavior, reduce churn, and increase LTV.
