This is an exciting opportunity to build and deepen relationships with strategically important clients, contribute to the development of our distribution strategy, and play a key role in expanding our presence across digital investment channels. What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Developing and executing a contact strategy to grow revenue across Digital Wealth, Platform, B2B and B2B2C channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital partners, acting as a primary relationship manager
- Understanding client needs and tailoring service levels to provide a high鈥憅uality, value鈥慳dding experience
- Collaborating with investment, product and marketing teams to deliver new opportunities and support product initiatives
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our ETF, pooled fund and broader investment capabilities
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity and market dynamics to identify new opportunities
- Providing high鈥憅uality technical support and managing complex client queries
- Ensuring activity aligns with regulatory expectations, Consumer Duty requirements and good customer outcomes
