Weâre recruiting for a HR Insights & Project Lead to join our Retail HR team.
Youâll play a key role in shaping how Retail HR uses insight to support colleagues and leaders.

What youâll be doing:
- Partnering with People Insights and Workforce Planning to deliver clear, accurate and insightful HR data and analysis
- Leading the delivery of our employee listening (Voice) strategy, generating actionable insights and sharing recommendations with senior stakeholders
- Coordinating and producing papers for Retail Executive, Board and governance forums, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Supporting transformation projects by providing dataâdriven insight and evidenceâbased recommendations
- Managing cyclical HR data and insights activity including organisational design, pay review, talent, performance and D&I
- Delivering planned and adâhoc HR projects that support the Retail People Plan
- Representing Retail HR across internal forums to connect teams, share insight and enable progress
- Designing and implementing HR policies that reinforce fair treatment and positive outcomes for customers
