What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Managing the delivery of operational client service and acting as a key point of contact for queries
- Co鈥憃rdinating and resolving day鈥憈o鈥慸ay client enquiries in line with agreed SLAs
- Building strong working relationships across L&G Asset Management to support joined鈥憉p client service
- Collaborating with Client Relationship teams to enhance the client experience
- Maintaining accurate records, logs and databases to support robust governance
- Applying and improving business processes to ensure a controlled and compliant environment
- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen the team鈥檚 operating model
- Developing your understanding of L&G Asset Management products, platforms and client strategies
