What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Designing and developing high鈥憅uality HR reports, dashboards and visualisations using Oracle HCM, OTBI and BI Publisher
- Delivering regular and ad鈥慼oc reporting while championing automation, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and translating requirements into effective reporting solutions
- Managing the reporting request queue and communicating clearly on timelines and expectations
- Applying robust data quality checks and validation techniques to assure the accuracy and integrity of all outputs
- Ensuring reports are distributed securely and appropriately, aligning with data privacy and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing data, processes and workflows to identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the reporting suite
- Collaborating with HR Systems, HR Operations and technical teams to support new data sources, system changes and testing
