What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Designing and facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery activities to define problems and gather user needs
- Deriving and translating business requirements by collaborating with multiple workstreams and partners
- Supporting delivery leads in producing high鈥憅uality analysis outputs and business analysis artefacts
- Acting as a trusted adviser by shaping ideas, assessing feasibility and helping form business cases
- Managing and influencing senior stakeholders to build alignment across HR and wider business areas
- Shaping analysis approaches and identifying opportunities to enhance ideation and change processes
- Capturing and documenting Target Operating Models across processes, technology, organisation and data themes
- Documenting requirements and progressing backlog items with cross鈥慺unctional teams
