We鈥檙e looking for a DC Member Proposition Associate to join our Distribution team within Asset Management. In this role, you鈥檒l help showcase our member engagement capability to clients, consultants and external stakeholders, supporting our ambition to grow our Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions business. What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Attending external intermediary meetings and supporting new business pitches by demonstrating our DC member engagement capability
- Attending new business implementation meetings and interpreting requirements accurately to support delivery
- Contributing to member engagement content for RFPs and consultant surveys to help secure new business wins
- Attending meetings with existing clients and supporting smaller retention pitches to strengthen relationships
- Representing the DC Member Proposition team across internal forums and project groups, collaborating effectively with colleagues across Product, Investment, Distribution, Change, Operations, Legal, Compliance and more
- Maintaining strong industry knowledge and staying informed on developments affecting DC member proposition across the market
- Keeping the DC leadership team updated on meaningful competitor activity and market shifts
- Supporting overall team objectives by contributing to a collaborative, proactive and commercially aware working environment
