As a Valuations Analyst within our Real Assets business, youâll play a key role in ensuring the accurate valuation of our Private Credit instruments and supporting the smooth running of our fund operations. What youâll be doing:
- Ensuring Private Credit valuations are calculated accurately and aligned with transaction documentation
- Pricing trades using Bloomberg and internal models, and investigating any discrepancies
- Checking new business risk is captured correctly within valuation platforms
- Acting as a first point of escalation for dayâtoâday valuation issues and supporting their resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline controls and operational processes
- Liaising with external data providers and internal teams to resolve valuation queries
- Maintaining accurate records across systems to support valuation, accounting and monitoring
- Supporting projects focused on process automation, data centralisation and management information
Who weâre looking for:
- Previous experience working within a pricing, valuations or analytical function
- Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with financial data, ideally including Private Credit
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, valuation methodologies or financial modelling
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines in a fastâpaced environment
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; VBA or macro experience is an advantage
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative
- Ideally degreeâeducated and/or working towards relevant industry qualifications (e.g., IMC, CFA)
