Weâre looking for a skilled and collaborative Product Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of digital initiatives that make a real difference for our customers and colleagues. Youâll play a key role in shaping how we plan, govern and deliver change across our digital portfolioâworking closely with supportive, crossâfunctional teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing endâtoâend delivery milestones, dependencies and thirdâparty contributions across the digital portfolio
- Supporting product roadmap planning and forecasting alongside Product Owners
- Coordinating risk and issue management, ensuring effective governance oversight across all change activity
- Leading financial tracking and budget management, including forecasting, reconciliation and supplier invoice validation
- Liaising with teams across Digital, Finance, PMO and Service Transition to enable smooth governance, readiness and business case development
- Coordinating business readiness and ensuring operational support models, policies and release governance requirements are met before goâlive
- Engaging with stakeholders to provide clear delivery updates and ensure seamless alignment across dependent teams
- Maintaining key operational artefacts including BIA/BCP documentation, benchmarking assets, competitor insights and OpModel updates
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in delivery management, project management or PMO roles with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate tasks, track progress and manage multiple streams of work across a broad stakeholder landscape
- Confidence in managing risks, issues and governance reporting within structured frameworks
- Strong financial awareness, including managing budgets, forecasting and working with thirdâparty suppliers
- Collaborative and inclusive approach, able to influence and motivate others at all levels
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support informed decisionâmaking
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- A teamâfocused individual who contributes positively to culture and supports equitable, customerâcentred outcomes
