TITLE: Java Oracle Fusion Developer (Application Developer V)
CONTRACT TO HIRE
Summary: This senior developer position works independently to develop, implement, and maintain complex technology solutions. This position, with minimal supervision, is responsible for leading programming activities related to business applications including the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of computer software systems and/or enhancements that meet business needs and requirements. Position resides in IT BSG Casualty group.
Responsibilities: ā¢ Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications ā¢ Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain complex software products ā¢ Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation ā¢ Provide status updates to management ā¢ Leads design/code reviews, architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews ā¢ Mentors staff ā¢ Assigns work and directs staff in the production of work product ā¢ Directly interacts with internal customers and manages customer expectations ā¢ Manages interactions with external vendors ā¢ Formulates and manages system scope, objectives and cost for assigned project ā¢ Perform Tier Two Production Support as required ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned by management
