Our client is looking to hire Senior Recruiter with good Pharma Experience.
Responsibilities include:Ā
⢠In partnership with TA Lead, HR and other business partners, develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business objectivesĀ
⢠In consultation with all stakeholders, manage competing priorities across multiple projects to drive the end-to-end recruitment process to successful completionĀ
⢠Appropriate use of Talent Acquisition tools, processes and systemsĀ
⢠Responsible for end-to-end candidate lifecycle to include source, identify, select, assess, build pipelines, prepare offers, close candidates and onboardĀ
⢠Execute on innovative talent acquisition processes and capabilitiesĀ
⢠Gather data to provide insights and metricsĀ
⢠Actively provide input to managers and hiring teams re: local talent and market trends and competitive market practicesĀ
⢠Participate in Talent Acquisition, HR or business projectsĀ
⢠Provide consultation to the business re: candidate selection and assessment, establishing best practice processes for assessment and hiring decision-makingĀ
⢠Manage relationships (and performance) with external partners/vendors , e.g. search firms, Research partnersĀ
⢠Ensure compliance with corporate, local, site, and federal/country guidelinesĀ
Experience Requirements: 3-5 yearsĀ
⢠Recruitment experience in high performance, high growth companies experiencing rapid changeĀ
⢠Ability to identify effective sourcing channelsĀ
⢠Basic Knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding.Ā
⢠Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managersĀ
⢠Appropriate level of professional maturity that enables one to develop strong client partnershipsĀ
⢠Excellent communication and relationship management skillsĀ
⢠Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyĀ
⢠Internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipelineĀ
Education Requirements: Bachelorās Degree.
