Job Description:
• Leads monthly, quarterly, and yearly SKU-level forecasting process.
• Receives and interprets input from the following sources to develop accurate demand forecasts for the organization that are ultimately submitted to the global supply planning organization: marketplace dynamics, sales account managers, sales analytics, US and Global marketing, finance organization, supply chain organization and others.
• Interacts with global supply planning organization to explain forecast changes at a macro and micro level.
• Assists sales account managers internally and externally (with customers) with account-specific, SKU-specific forecasts to improve overall forecast accuracy.
• Must be able to translate forecast output into commercially-relevant findings.
