Sourcing Specialist

• Must have experience in professional services sourcing. 

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 7+ years overall sourcing/procurement experience required

• Minimum 5 years in the Professional Services category required 

• Must have experience negotiating with consulting/auditing service providers firms such as McKenzie, Accenture, Deloitte, E&Y, etc.

• Extensive experience negotiating managed services agreements and expert skills in measuring their outcomes.

• Healthcare industry preferred but not required

• C.P.M certification is preferred but not required

• Must have strong MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
