Junior UX Architect/Designer/Developer

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of UX experience

• College degree or equivalent 

• Efficient in creating wireframes, interaction flows and clickable prototypes for web and mobile experiences; Axure experienced highly desirable 

• Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills, both spoken and written. Utilizes graphic design tools and Power point to develop presentations and templates that tell a story about UX research and work

• Experience with user task analysis and personas 

• Familiar with information architecture techniques used to structure digital information 

• Experience planning, coordinating and conducting usability tests to ensure product’s ease of use (preferred, but not required) 

• Demonstrated experience in working as a member of a geographically dispersed team

Responsibilities 

• Assists in development of UX enhancements to existing website and for future projects (web, mobile)

• Understands business and software requirements and projects and identifies user tasks 

• Assists in designing and running usability tests using User Testing platform

• Creates wireframes, interaction models, clickable prototypes

• Creates Power point presentations about UX activities and deliverables
