Job Description and Responsibilities:

Planner/Buyer 

The Planner/Buyer will primarily be responsible for managing the RhoGAM product family through a multi-year divestiture transition. The Planner/Buyer will lead all aspects of production scheduling, working with manufacturing and business partners from OCD, as well as raw material purchasing. 

In addition, the Planner/Buyer will be responsible for purchasing manufacturing aids for all product lines at the OCD Raritan plant. The Planner/Buyer may also be cross-trained to backfill a few other select areas in Planning and/or Purchasing. 

The Planner/Buyer will report to the Master Planner within the Materials Management department. 

Required Skills: 

• 2+ years in Supply chain planning, purchasing or related field 

• Strong computer skills 

• Proficiency in Excel 

• Must have strong attention to details 

• Must be able to work independently 

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Preferred Skills: 

• SAP or similar ERP systems 

• APICS certification 

• Lean / Six Sigma certification
