• Supports team members in all aspects of the talent acquisition process by performing a variety of tasks.
• Assist Hiring Managers on a regular basis regarding recruiting strategies for open positions, and determines exact qualifications and skills required.
• Creates an effective working relationship with management for the assigned region.
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicants.
• Maintains applicants’ records in accordance with federal and state employment laws.
• Reviews candidate employment applications and resumes to evaluate applicants against job opening requirements.
• Provides information about the company and position in a positive light.
• Helps in setting up one-on-one or group DM interview sessions.
• Coordinates communication with applicants throughout the recruiting process.
• Conducts reference checks.
