Assist in the on-going maintenance of the training program for site manufacturing operationsÂ
⢠Provide on-going administration of Learning Management System including the tracking and coordination of documents and training requirementsÂ
⢠Partner with Initiator / Owners (I/O)s to determine training assignment and delivery approach for new and revised documentsÂ
⢠Develop and maintain curricula for manufacturing personnelÂ
⢠Provide user support for the Learning Management SystemÂ
⢠Coordinate training events with manufacturing management and Qualified Trainers (QT)Â
⢠Provide ongoing customer support for training related inquiriesÂ
⢠Generate training compliance reportsÂ
Education & Experience Requirements:Â
A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceÂ

- Ability to prioritize and plan own activities in accomplishing objectives.Â
- Effective communication both verbal and writtenÂ
- Working knowledge of industry/cGMP requirementsÂ
