JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the company transitions, we are seeking an experienced TA Operations Analyst who will work in close partnership with the TA Operations Manager to develop and manage best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures by region ensuring that the team is both innovative and compliant.Ā
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Support the short and long term transition plans for the TA Operations team global operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity
⢠Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.)
⢠Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities
⢠Support system and process optimization sessions with vendors
⢠Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytic team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team
⢠Assist with HR Operations team partnerships on potential updates needed to current reporting as systems/tools are being enhanced and upgraded
⢠May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplineĀ
⢠Minimum 2 years of experience in TA Operations is required; global experience is preferred
⢠Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools
⢠Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required
⢠Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Taleo, Brass Ring, ICIMs).
⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. Ā
