Position: SQL Database Administrator (DBA)

Location: Irving - TX

Duration: 4 months

Job Description:

• 6+ years of work experience in Microsoft SQL server creating complex queries and stored procedures. 

• Assist in analyzing and querying multiple, complex database sand systems to produce reports and database 

• Works on improvements to data in a manual or automated fashion 

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain complex ETL processes using TSQL 

• Create and maintain TSQL stored procedures, complex queries, functions and other scripts 

• Optimize new and existing ETL and TSQL components while processing large volumes of data 

• Monitor, optimize and allocate physical data storage for database systems. 

• Day to day database maintenance tasks (monitoring, backups, space management, resource utilization etc.) 

• Responsible for performing object migration between database instances, (e.g., development, testing, production)
