Qualifications:
5+ years related experience in supply chain B.S, preferably in Business Field with experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics Experience with ERPs - SAPĀ
Responsibilities:Ā
⢠Enter and maintain all purchase orders and related purchasing activitiesĀ
⢠Manages allocation process to international affiliates ⢠Completes risk analysis, scenario planning, last time buy exercises ⢠Manage product line inventory at the SKU levelĀ
⢠Supports the MOD process, enhancing reliability in the field Undertakes inventory reduction initiatives - SLOB/Obsolescence, Surplus, BuybacksĀ
⢠Partner with internal stakeholders - Quality, EM, Warehousing, CTS, Hotline, Engineering - focusing on maximizing reliability within the supply chainĀ
⢠Resolve AP discrepancies ⢠Ensure cost integrity through managing standard costs within SAP planning systemĀ
⢠Focus on continuous improvement. Document, identify and implement cost reduction opportunitiesĀ
⢠Partner with 3PL warehouse on inbound receiving discrepancies as well as the outbound shipmentsĀ
⢠Supports MDCO process to allow for new product procurementĀ
⢠Keep part level Master Data aligned in SAP, MXP, Xelus and Red PrairieĀ
⢠Represent the CTS Spare Parts group at the Weekly Obsolescence meetingĀ
⢠Create & complete Change Orders and MDCOās as requiredĀ
⢠Completes special projects as neededĀ
