Meet and exceed regional sales objectivesthrough the management and implementation of all sales, marketing,merchandising, and advertising/promotional programs.

Responsible for managing the overall operations,budget, and quota of the Indirect channel. Analyze reports / sales results, anddevelop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.Responsible for assigning sales modules, marketcoverage management, and regional sales promotions and contests.
Channel Growth: Direct local contractnegotiation and start-up implementation of new accounts, as well as newdistribution marketing, advertising, and sales strategies for new and existingaccounts.Customer Retention:Maintain and grow existing customer base andmanage churn.
Collaborate cross-functionally with otherdepartments throughout the company to analyze issues impacting the Indirectchannel, and recommend, develop, and implement process improvements.
