Application Support Analyst

Key responsibilities

·Day-to-day operational and functional support of the back end of the web applications, including basic infrastructure support

·Liaising with development team and support team to provide solutions

·Maintaining application stability

·Web service & Monitoring config/support

·Performance monitoring and optimization

·Complete assigned project work within defined timescales

·Monitoring and responding to alerts from applications and infrastructure.
