Job Description:
This role will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned centers. The role will interact with multiple stakeholders in order to proactively manage center performance and foster strong customer relationships. Will be responsible for data review and oversight, monitoring actions and compliance trending and interacting with multiple stakeholders to manage site performance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides customer focused support to prevent or mitigate potential customer issues
• Works directly with center personnel to resolve data discrepancies and monitoring action items
• Proactively monitors overall center performance metrics, enrollments, and compliance
• Produces and distributes site communications
• Maintains Study File documentation
• Train on the study protocol
• Train on the electronic data capture system and manage account set-up
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical or scientific field
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Training in Good Clinical Practice
• Clinical industry certifications, SCORA,ACRP
• Ability to maintain composure and resolve conflicts with site personnel
• Experience developing solutions for a variety of problems of varying scope & complexity
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple task and adjust to shifting demands
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
