Responsible for particle size instrument and method validation for the B313 Analytical Laboratory.
Specific activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to create validation plans, protocols and document changes through the validation and change control processes.
Perform method validations by executing particle size testing.
Troubleshooting instrument and method problems.
Demonstrate understanding and effective use of statistical quality control, including use of control charts: plotting data and reacting to out-of-control situations.
Works A shift and may require flexible hours to touch base with all 3 shifts during validation activities.
Collaboration and teamwork with coating, formulation, quality engineering, validation, product support, Quality labs and R&D personnel.
Creates non-conformances and deviation reports as required.
