- 路Operations team member involved in the design and deployment of Cisco Call Manager solutions and IPT Deployments
- 路Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice (Avaya or IPT) and data network issues
- 路Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues.
Skills/Experience:
- 路2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail
- 路5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues
- 路Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers
- 路Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills .
