Project Coordinator

Description

This is an expert role that provides project planning and coordination expertise and support to the Global Early Development team in support of avelumab combination program; leads the operational execution of functional project strategies within the scope of the (sub-) projects assigned to.

Tasks:

·Provide project management and coordination expertise to team Lead and Project Sub-Teams;

·Ensures quality, accuracy and maintenance of core project information systems and databases in compliance with internal policies and procedures;

·Creation of project plans (e.g. Gantt charts, critical path representations, etc);

·Develop, monitor and track project tasks, budget and timelines; provide team with early warnings on variances and support definition of mitigation actions;

·Participate in project team meetings and consolidating output to ensure effective project progression;

·Responsible for compilation, follow-up and maintenance of action item lists ensuring quality and timeliness of project objectives and deliverables;

·Organize and coordinate team meetings events including logistical aspects;

·Interact with external vendors, parties and partners to ensure collaborations with third parties run efficiently;

·Plan and track the direct and indirect budgets and expenses.

Candidate Profile:

·Bachelor's degree in Science and commercial degree, preferably in Project Management

·Experience in various aspects of drug development process

·Several years of work experience, with exposure to or experience working with or on global and/or matrixed project teams.

·Experience in developing social media and inter, intra-net based communication channels.

·Good organizational and coordination skills are mandatory, pro-activity and strong time management competencies are required;

·Experience in working with MS-Project

·Adaptability and flexibility to switch between projects and priorities.
