Description
This is an expert role that provides project planning and coordination expertise and support to the Global Early Development team in support of avelumab combination program; leads the operational execution of functional project strategies within the scope of the (sub-) projects assigned to.
Tasks:
路Provide project management and coordination expertise to team Lead and Project Sub-Teams;
路Ensures quality, accuracy and maintenance of core project information systems and databases in compliance with internal policies and procedures;
路Creation of project plans (e.g. Gantt charts, critical path representations, etc);
路Develop, monitor and track project tasks, budget and timelines; provide team with early warnings on variances and support definition of mitigation actions;
路Participate in project team meetings and consolidating output to ensure effective project progression;
路Responsible for compilation, follow-up and maintenance of action item lists ensuring quality and timeliness of project objectives and deliverables;
路Organize and coordinate team meetings events including logistical aspects;
路Interact with external vendors, parties and partners to ensure collaborations with third parties run efficiently;
路Plan and track the direct and indirect budgets and expenses.
Candidate Profile:
路Bachelor's degree in Science and commercial degree, preferably in Project Management
路Experience in various aspects of drug development process
路Several years of work experience, with exposure to or experience working with or on global and/or matrixed project teams.
路Experience in developing social media and inter, intra-net based communication channels.
路Good organizational and coordination skills are mandatory, pro-activity and strong time management competencies are required;
路Experience in working with MS-Project
路Adaptability and flexibility to switch between projects and priorities.
