Your Opportunity
The D365FO Support Specialist will provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across Finance and Supply Chain modules. This role ensures system stability, resolves user issues, and collaborates with functional and technical teams to maintain optimal performance. The specialist will act as a key point of contact for end-users, offering guidance, training, and proactive solutions to enhance business processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for D365FO Finance and Supply Chain modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Production.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating to development teams when necessary.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
- Assist with configuration changes, security role adjustments, and minor enhancements within D365FO.
- Support periodic updates, hotfixes, and regression testing activities.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials for Finance and Supply Chain processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business teams to optimize system usage.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solution design discussions.

- Understanding of business processes in finance (GL, AP, AR) and supply chain (procurement, inventory, production).
- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), issue search, and environment management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
