Our Real Estate team helps drive the growth and regeneration of precincts and places by guiding clients through complex real estate strategies, projects, and social infrastructure transactions.
Your Opportunity
As part of the Real Estate team, you鈥檒l play a critical role in driving market opportunities by:
- Supporting large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal and social infrastructure projects with commercial and financial advice.
- Delivering precincts tied to many of Australia鈥檚 largest and most complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
- Assisting clients in the assessment, analysis, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
- Collaborating with KPMG specialists across a range of disciplines (i.e., tax, legal, finance, economics, valuations, M&A, engineering, planning and urban design) to provide integrated solutions for our clients.

Your Skills and Experiences
You will bring to the team your qualifications, skills and experience such as:
- Developing commercial or financial advice to support clients with their planning, procurement, and delivery of projects or investments, including transaction management, business cases and analysing procurement and delivery options.
- Feasibility and financial modelling to support financial assessments of varying commercial structures, preparation of financial models to inform value for money assessments.
- Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis, including developing commercial and contracting structures property or social infrastructure projects.
- Developing go-to-market transaction strategies and undertaking market sounding activities.
- Developing procurement documentation, particularly for highly interactive, complex, and multi-phase (e.g., EOI, RFP) procurement processes, commercial principles, commercial framework, term sheets, and commercial contract schedules with an ability to convey complex ideas into simple concepts.
- Financial and commercial evaluation of tender responses including drafting and development of associated approvals documentation throughout procurement processes such as briefing papers, reports, memorandums.
- Stakeholder engagement with experience coordinating multidisciplinary inputs to support project delivery.
