Your Opportunity – Senior Consultant
As part of the Real Estate team, you’ll play a critical role in driving market opportunities by:
- Supporting large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects with commercial and financial advice.
- Delivering precincts tied to many of Australia’s largest and most complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
- Assisting clients in the assessment, analysis, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
- Collaborating with KPMG specialists across a range of disciplines (i.e., tax, legal, finance, economics, valuations, M&A, engineering, planning and urban design) to provide integrated solutions for our clients.
Our team is embedded within the Infrastructure, Asset & Places group and is differentiated by our experience across all stages of the real estate and place life cycle and connected with KPMG’s wider specialised service offering for these sectors.
