Position- Customer Service Coordinator
Location- Corning, New York, USA

Hours 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
General Description:
Support CET Customer Service team by providing order management support to customers (order entry, logistics etc) and support metrics
Required Skills/Experience:
Strong attention to detail, experienced at building relationships and working across many different areas, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently, problem solve, make decisions, and prioritize, strong excel skills (pivot table knowledge a plus)
Desired Skills/Experience:
People soft 8.0 supply chain (order entry, billing, shipping) or equivalent system, experience working with customers and freight forwarders.
Desired/Required Soft Skills:
Team player
Preference will be given to candidates with:
* 1+ year experience B2B
* Outstanding Excel skills
Education:
Minimum HS/GED required
Manager Must Haves:
- Customer oriented (Not retail)
- Experience processing orders
- Exposer at some level to People soft
