Your Opportunity
As a Manager â Change Lead, you will play a key role in shaping, influencing and delivering organisational change across a variety of industries. You will lead and support projects, apply structured change methodologies and work directly with stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness.
You will:
- Drive impactful organisational change tailored to each clientâs culture, maturity and context
- Assess and understand change impacts across people, process, technology and policy
- Identify peopleârelated risks and design mitigation strategies, controls and contingency plans
- Measure change readiness through stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, surveys and adoption metrics
- Design and deliver change solutions using behavioural change frameworks and methods
- Create actionable deliverables including change strategies, roadmaps, communication plans, training plans, engagement plans and adoption dashboards
- Deliver tactical change activities (communications, training materials, floorâwalking, reinforcement actions)
- Facilitate workshops to align teams and accelerate outcomes
- Engage stakeholders, influence decisionâmaking, and equip leaders to sponsor and sustain change

Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in Change Management, Organisational Development or HR Consulting (major consulting firm experience preferred)
- Strong capability in delivering highâquality client services in collaborative, fastâpaced environments
- Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale organisational change
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Leadership and mentoring capability, supporting teams to achieve high performance
- Agility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- PROSCI or similar formal accreditation (highly desirable)
