Your Opportunity
We are hiring for Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Associate Directors, and Directors across the following areas:
Management Consulting
- Customer & Operations Advisory: Enhance customer experience and operational efficiency through services like Customer Experience Transformation, Supply Chain Management, and Operational Excellence.
- Finance Advisory: Drive optimal finance function performance with expertise in financial transformation, ERP implementation, and process improvement.
- Workforce & HR Advisory: Support agile HR strategies, including HR transformation, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Sourcing & Procurement Advisory: Design and optimise service delivery models, including shared services and third-party sourcing.
- Policy, Economy & Public Impact: Address complex societal challenges through policy, program evaluation, and public impact strategies.
- Transformation Delivery: Lead meaningful transformation programs with proven methodologies and enabling technologies.
Risk Consulting
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Provide risk advisory, internal audits, and compliance management to build resilience and support strategic priorities.
- Privacy & Data Protection: Navigate privacy laws and data protection regulations while enabling ethical data usage.
- Financial Risk & Analytics: Offer expertise in insurance, superannuation, and banking, including product pricing, valuations, and predictive analytics.
- Forensic: Detect and respond to fraud, financial crime, and misconduct while resolving disputes.
- Finance Advisory: Collaborate with clients to create innovative solutions for the complex challenges faced by CFOs and their teams, leveraging our expertise in financial control, reporting, and advisory to deliver value across interconnected issues

Consulting
Customer and Operations Advisory
- Experience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Systems Thinking, TQM or MOS
- Expertise in translating business and customer needs into best practice process and operation design requirements, with experience in implementing the designs within core and enabling processes.
- An understanding of the concepts of customer journeys and personas and how they play into creating innovative, market leading experiences
- Experience in the use of design thinking as well as structured thinking to develop creative ideas for implementation
- Excellence mindset with the ability to drive process, operational or organisational improvements
- An understanding of CRM tools, customer analytics and/or other data management to drive insights for customer management strategies and improvement initiatives.
Finance Advisory
- Experience in Financial transformation, shared services and outsourcing with a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, management and budgeting
- Expertise in finance technology implementation, data and analytics, and process improvement.
Workforce & HR Advisory
- Experience in providing support and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, culture, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, leadership capability development, HR optimisation and/or workplace relations
- Experience in leading projects or streams in transformational environments, which include managing various stakeholders, ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of HR legislation and strategy to apply technical expertise and operational best practice to client problems
- Actively participating in knowledge sharing opportunities, as well as internal and client facing culture building activities
- Developing thought leadership for internal/external publication
Sourcing & Procurement Advisory
- Experience in the Sourcing of technology services, ideally gained within a consulting environment or outsourcing environment
- An understanding of the sourcing lifecycle combined with a good understanding of the Australian sourcing market, Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers and trends reflecting legacy & disruptive technology changes
- Experience in developing service delivery strategies, developing and running end-to-end sourcing selection processes (RFP’s), negotiation of service agreements, providing transition support, as well as vendor management and due diligence.
Transformation Delivery
- Experience/knowledge in technology enabled transformation programs (e.g. EAM or ERP programs), energy transition or customer digital transformations is highly beneficial
- Knowledge in delivering programs using either Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe methodologies (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in helping organisations to design and establish portfolio/program/project management functions and underlying capabilities.
Risk Consulting
Governance, Risk and Compliance
- A strong understanding of internal audit, governance, risk, and controls with a strong risk management or regulatory background, ideally gained in a consulting or professional services environment
- Deep understanding of best practice risk management methodology while driving a culture of high performance and ethical business practices.
- Knowledge around contract management, procurement processes and complex commercial agreements, with an assurance/audit background
- Experience in designing, implementing and/or carrying out compliance management practices, across; consumer credit, conduct risk, regulatory change, compliance management, privacy & data security and/or financial advice compliance.
- Relevant tertiary qualification, with CA/CPA/CIA being highly regarded.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Experience in the application of regulatory and industry standards including the Privacy Act 1988 and General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and advising client organisations regarding local and/or global privacy obligations, regulations, risks and trends, with a particular focus on privacy obligations
- Tertiary and/or industry qualifications (completed or in progress) such as IAPP (CIPM/ CIPP/ CIPT) and/ or ISACA Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification, is viewed favourably
- Delivery experience in a privacy, cyber and data security or data protection advisory role, with knowledge of Privacy and/or general compliance framework reviews for clients across various industries, focusing on framework design and effectiveness, monitoring and surveillance activities.
Financial Risk and Analytics
- Experience or exposure to General Insurance or Life Insurance industry sectors
- Providing advisory / consulting services across actuary, pricing, valuations, strategy advice and mergers and acquisitions
- Providing analytical expertise through programming languages such as python, SQL and PySpark.
Forensic
- Knowledge and/or experience gained in a consulting environment in Forensic Accounting, Financial Crime, Remediation, Investigations, Fraud or Anti-bribery and Corruption
- Technical skillsets and understanding of regulatory implications
- Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance across Australian AML / CTF, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring sanctions, and regulatory reporting as well as understanding current trends and best practice.
