We understand that as an experienced and qualified immigration advisor, you want to use your technical expertise in a way that supports the evolving needs of employers across both Australia and New Zealand, helping them gain visibility, control and confidence in meeting their future workforce needs.
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will work across both the Australian and New Zealand immigration frameworks, contributing to a diverse portfolio of employer sponsored and individual visa matters. You will:
- Act as a subject matter expert across Australian and New Zealand immigration issues, working closely with senior leaders, immigration consultants and managers.
- Leverage strong technical skills, particularly across employer led migration and preparation of visa applications for both jurisdictions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, offering insights that support workforce planning and compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across KPMG鈥檚 service areas to identify broader business opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience may include:
- A genuine passion for both Australian and New Zealand immigration.
- Registration as a Migration Agent (Australia) and/or Licensed Immigration Adviser (New Zealand).
- A solid understanding of immigration legislation, policy and procedure across both jurisdictions, with a willingness to further deepen your expertise.
- Proven technical capability across a range of employer-sponsored and general immigration cases, ideally in a fast paced or high-volume environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to supervise or guide junior consultants when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time, balance priorities and meet deadlines.
