Oversee the day-to-day operations, provide status updates, manage resource allocation effectively following a staffing plan, connect with ITPMs independently and client’s stakeholder interaction for the Squad(s).
Coordinate with related departments/stakeholders to unblock blockers (accounts, access…)
Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any testing-related issues or concerns.
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
Perform thorough analysis of product specifications to create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team, sharing best practices and knowledge.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications.
Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
Take ownership of the test automation process, continually optimizing and enhancing automated testing practices.
