We're looking for FULL-TIME Care Assistants from all backgrounds to support our local clients in Bristol and North Somerset: BS8, BS40, BS41, BS48 & its surrounding areas.
Our care team are the heart of our business and provide the highest quality care – care that they would be happy for their own family members to receive.
By visiting regular clients at regular times you will build strong relationships and rapport and with minimum 1 hour visits, introductions and shadow visits to all new clients – you’ll be confident and supported in the delivery of our care.
Join our growing team:
- FIXED salary every month (on contract between 30-35hrs per week) plus mileage allowance. Competitive salary between £20k to £24k per year.
- Your schedule will be tailored to shifts allocated Eg. Am shift 8am-2pm, Pm shift 5pm-10pm. Every other weekend will be double-shift.
- Client visits are a minimum of 1 hour
