Working Patterns
We are looking for people to work either mornings or evenings. You could combine both if you want to have closer to full time hours.
Most of our client visits are between 8am and 2pm, but we also have the opportunity to work in the evening if that suits you better.
Depending on what you want to earn, you would work 2 or 3 week days plus alternate weekends.
Community Care Assistant responsibilities:
We refer to or team as Care Professionals, but the role can be known as care assistant or support worker. It is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
Accompanying to appointments or shopping
Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
