We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of your clients during our visiting hours (between 07:00 - 22:00). Our office covers the areas of Havant, Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville and Clanfield.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transferring, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and other relevant information, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
