General duties
- Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training and last-minute cancellations.
- Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
- Responsible for all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.
- Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
- Manage correspondence by responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
- Provide support to the Client Experience team
- Support Ad hoc visits when required
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
