What You'll Do -
- Lead and manage a high-performing Client Administration Team, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective allocation of client work, smooth onboarding of new business, and strong adherence to company policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee a complex, high-value client portfolio (c. 拢2.5m revenue) by providing senior-level technical expertise, supporting complex transactions, conducting fee reviews, improving profitability, and ensuring commercial targets鈥攕uch as revenue, utilisation, debtor days, and cash collection鈥攁re consistently achieved.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, embedding risk management practices, monitoring KPI performance, and leading financial and operational projects.
- Develop people and culture through coaching, identifying training needs, managing career conversations, fostering a client service and business development mindset, and ensuring strong alignment with Group Values.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing intermediary connections to generate new business, supporting regulatory/legislative impact assessments, and representing the business at client, advisor, and cross-functional meetings.
