- To assist with all day-to-day matters in the administration of the trust structures (including but not limited to โ preparation of trustee and director minutes / resolutions, preparation of bank instructions, completion of relevant checklists, transaction monitoring/liaison with accounts department for the preparation of trust accounts);
- To assist with the regular fiduciary file reviews;
- To assist with onboarding KYC/AML checks;
- Liaison with bankers, lawyers and other external parties;
- Liaison with the respective internal IQEQ Departments.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
The chosen candidate for this role will be working closely with the Trust Managers and the department head. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven candidate to enhance their technical and practical knowledge in Trust Services.
