You will manage a portfolio of key clients while guiding junior accountants and assistants to deliver high-quality accounting and administration services. You鈥檒l act as the main point of contact for your clients, oversee financial reporting, VAT, payroll review, audit coordination, and banking administration, all while ensuring strong Corporate Governance standards. This role blends hands-on accounting expertise with leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across teams and jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- You will manage an allocated portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting services, financial statements, VAT preparation, basic company secretarial duties, audit support, and bank administration
- You will review work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and first-level review to ensure accuracy and professional standards
- You will maintain excellent service standards, ensuring all client outputs meet Corporate Governance requirements and are delivered accurately and on time
- You will support the Corporate Services Director by identifying process improvements, service enhancements, and opportunities to strengthen team performance
- You will build strong working relationships across UK and international teams, promoting a collaborative, joined-up approach to client servicing and escalating issues with solutions when necessary.
