The Role
IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company鈥檚 growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs. This role will work closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a range of issues.
Reports to SVP, Legal.
The ideal candidate brings a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
- Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response
- Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
- Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
- Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
