Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.
Ensure system security and compliance with best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues.
Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration.
Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of SAP platforms according to established service level agreements by working individually or in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to understand complex situations and activities and ability to communicate basic technical information to nontechnical people.
Provide support and maintenance of SAP environments; ERP / S/4 HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, and AS Java.
