Proven experience in multiple MS Customer Insights projects;
Ability to integrate data from various sources into the platform, creating a centralised and consistent repository of information;
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Insights connectivity with other Microsoft platforms;
Supporting the configuration, customisation and use of functionalities such as the creation of unified profiles, customer segmentation and behavioural analysis;
Using advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behaviour, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform;
Support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioural, transactional, etc.);
Developing test strategies for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and documenting them, supporting their hands-on execution;
Supporting Sales in implementation projects carried out in conjunction with Corporate IT / T2D.
